Don Swaim interviews Michael Dorris about his adoption of three children including Adam. Dorris later wrote a book about Adam and his complications with Fetal Alcohol Syndrome called, The Broken Cord. Dorris also talks of the Native American Studies program that he founded at Dartmouth college.
