Joseph Wambaugh, once a police officer, recalls his trials as a policeman and trying to write books. He talks about crime being out of control in America and how genetic fingerprinting, discovered in England, is supposed to change the way criminals are tracked. Also, Joseph Wambaugh talks about his tribulations of writing with a voice that would be true for both America and England.
