In this 1984 interview with Don Swaim, John Lahr talks of the numerous biographies and articles he has published. In particular, Lahr discusses his experiences in writing the best-selling biography about his father Bert Lahr, entitled Cowardly Lion. John Lahr is a theater critic, novelist and biographer who has twice won the George Jean Nathan Award For Dramatic Criticism.
