H. F. Saint, author of Memoirs of an Invisible Man, talks with Don Swaim in this 1987 interview about how Saint conceived the idea to write a book about an invisible man. To H. F. Saint's surprise, the book was later made into a movie. One of the hardest challenges was how to portray an invisible man on screen. This book became popular enough that H. F.
