In this interview with Don Swaim, Edna Buchanan talks about her book Garden of Evil, and how she almost fell into writing. She tells stories of when she first started writing as a journalist at a small paper in Miami, and then at the Miami Herald. She recently started writing fiction after writing non-fiction for many years.
