Audio Interview with Amos Elon

Amos Elon, the best-selling author of many books that deal with Israeli life, discusses his latest product, a picture-book of Israel. He tells Don Swaim in this 1985 interview how he unearthed the pictures for The Israelis: Photographs of a Day in May. They also discuss the use of firearms in Israel and the turmoil that is indicitive of the area. Amos Elon has also written A Blood-Dimmed Tide, Founder: A Portrait of the First Rothschild and Israelis: Founders and Sons.
